1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Crypto Talent Labs (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Complete Lee Consulting Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. By accessing or using our career coaching and consulting services, including but not limited to LinkedIn optimization, resume writing, career strategy sessions, and bundled packages (the “Services”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

2. Company Information

Crypto Talent Labs is operated by Complete Lee Consulting Limited, a registered company in Hong Kong. All payments, contracts, and legal matters are handled under this entity.

3. Services Provided

Crypto Talent Labs specializes in career consulting and coaching tailored to individuals seeking to excel in the Web3 industry. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

  • LinkedIn profile optimization

  • Resume writing and review

  • Personalized career coaching sessions

  • Bundled offerings such as the Career Power Pack

Our Services are customized based on the information you share with us. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to ensure the effectiveness of the Services.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

4.1 Payment Terms

  • Payment for all Services must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payments via Stripe

4.2 Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Payments: Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Rescheduling Policy: If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you must provide at least 24 notice to reschedule. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

  • Packages and Custom Services: Refunds for packages or custom Services that have already commenced will not be provided.

5. No Guarantees

Crypto Talent Labs provides guidance, tools, and strategies to help you advance your career; however, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as job offers, interviews, or career advancements. Achieving your goals depends on multiple factors, including your effort, external circumstances, and the job market.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a Client, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and truthful information during coaching sessions and in any materials submitted to us.

  2. Actively participate in coaching sessions and follow through on agreed-upon strategies.

  3. Not reproduce, redistribute, or misuse proprietary tools, templates, or materials provided by Crypto Talent Labs without prior written consent.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in the termination of Services without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, processes, and tools shared by Crypto Talent Labs are the exclusive property of Complete Lee Consulting Limited.

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal purposes only.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal, professional, or proprietary information shared during coaching sessions, except as required by law.
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary materials, tools, or strategies shared with you during the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crypto Talent Labs and Complete Lee Consulting Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

11. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours notice.

  • Failure to provide adequate notice or attend a scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

  • The Company reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice provided to the Client.

12. Termination of Services

Crypto Talent Labs reserves the right to terminate Services at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior, or misuse our materials. Refunds will not be issued for terminated Services.

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal data is collected, used, and protected in accordance with Hong Kong law.

14. Changes to Terms

Crypto Talent Labs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
